I am posting this for a friend who is not on the net.  Please send
all replies through the U.S. Mail to the below address.

My friend has a Commodore 128 and is looking for User Groups with
public domain software catalogs.  He says that the User Groups should
know what disk formats he can use.  All such groups are requested to
