Can someone explain the practice of giving "LU" type library files the extension
.LLB instead of the default .LBR?  This seems to be happening with some
regularity in the more recent SIG/M volumes - the "-CATALOG" file will say
.LBR, but on SIMTEL20, the actual file will say .LLB!  This seems a bit strange.
