The Inside Mac documentation on external file systems is a bit sketchy.
Maybe I just missed it, but what about the following...

1.	You have to fabricate your own drive queue elements.  What do 
	you use for a driver reference number?

2.	What about calls that bypass the File Manager and go directly
	to the driver (like when the Finder requests the driver's icon)?

3.	What if you want to use more than one external file system?
