	Very interesting.  I ordered a U.S. Robotics Courier 2400 external
modem from them, and I recieved a modem in a week.  However, I recieved
a Microlink 2400 INTERNAL modem.  This would be fine for my PC, but not for
my Atari ST.  We also called them, and they told us that the boss was 
"on the phone, and could he call me back."  Of course, 4 hours later, he 
hadn't, so we called up and demanded to talk to him.

	I guess you should keep trying, as eventually I did get the right
modem, but it took a lot of fighting.
