There are a number of video boards that will emulate CGA on a mono screen.
We have used ATI Graphics Solution quite successfully here. It does a lot
more than emulate CGA. It will drive TTL mono, RGB, Composite, and also
emulate a Herc Graphics card. Good hunting... Oh... they also have out
an EGA solution that does all the above plus EGA...
