I tied the three RGB video drive signals together with a series resister for each signal to the video in. This worked well. 2) on a composite monitor it is hard unless the composite signals are created from the TTL signals eminating from the RGB port. I had a schematic for one of these somewhere????. I think I've seen these advertised somewhere... 3) There are some cards on the market which will do this. But it's been a while since I've looked. Check out STB for the best solution. I am using a Graphics+2 card with two monitors ( one color, one mono) Hope this helps, good luck.
