	I have now posted the Structured Programming Language to net.micro.pc.
The reason it is there ONLY is because the article is in 5 parts and is very 
large. Installations with older software news programs make multiple copies
of articles that are posted to more than one conference so I wanted to avoid
extra wasted space on those machines. Those of you with atari ST,amiga,apple
macintosh computers with hardware or software add ons that allow IBM or msdos
compatibility, THIS language will run on your computer also. If you have any
