Last I heard, Home Computer Magazine still existed, though they no longer
specialize on ti99/4a's.  I think they also cover IBMps jc, one of the 
apple line, and some other on I can't remember.  I think they might have
changed their name too.  I cancelled my subscription soon after the
format change...
