MICROpendium (sic) b. The Smart Programmer MICROpendium is published in Round Rock, TX, and I have been a subscriber for a long time. The Smart Programmer was until recently published by Craig Miller who sold the rights to it so he can concentrate on programming and hardware development. It is now published by the same person who did the 99er Monthly (the exact name escapes me at the moment). In any case, either one seems to be going strong - unlike HCM.
