     According to the latest DEC SOC (Systems and Options Catalog), DEC does
does not support ULTRIX for the 8300+ line of VAX's (except 8600).  What I want
to know is if anyone out there in netland has seen or heard of anyone success-
fully running UNIX on this series of computers, and if so, what flavor it was.
