I'd particularly appreciate (meatless) recipes for: bhindi bhaji (spelling?) szechuan broccoli with garlic onion soup a thick carrot soup ("potage crecy" in Montreal) the salad dressing Japanese restaurants serve (miso-based, I'd guess) Thanks in advance.
