Sorry,Patrick,but you have just used a 2-dim argument.The fact that you have introduced the idea of 'parallel' immediately implies 2-d's. A 1-dim system is best described by a straight line (e.g.the real line). By the way,can I clear up something ? Can the angel zig-zag in one turn, or must it travel in straight lines ?
