Summary: LOcally WEighted Scatterplot Smoother from Elements of Graphing Data.

Does anyone have the source code to the Lowess (Locally Weighted Scatterplot
Smoother) described in:
  Cleveland, W.S. (1985) The Elements of Graphing Data.  Monterey: Wadsworth.

Evidently the original code is in FORTRAN.  I'd prefer a transliteration into
C, but anything is OK [no flames please, I just don't own a FORTRAN compiler].
