By coincidence, there was an article on neural networks in Nov. 6th 1986
issue of Computing (I think) (a UK mag.). This seemed to give an update
on the work on Boltzmann Machines.  A reference was given:

	Parallel Distributed Processing
	by Rumelhart, McLelland et al (MIT Press)

Which I think may cover more than just neural nets.
