Over the past few hundred years, there have been many bugs posted here
for various uucp's.  The problem is that it is hard for a person to
tell when these bug fixes come from a person who knows what they are
doing and should be installed.  It would be nice if one person would
be a sort of moderator for bug fixes for each of the various versions
of uucp out in the world.  This person could receive bug fixes via
mail, check to make sure they are valid fixes that solve a real
problem, and then post them in the form that patch can handle.

I am more than willing to volunteer for this position for the 4.2
version of uucp but I do not really consider myself qualified.  If no
one else volunteers and you good folks out there are willing to send
me the past bug fixes and the ones that are found henceforth, I will
put them into a form that patch will accept including keeping a "patch
level".
