Lines: 15 Keywords: 19.2 trailblazer new roms Summary: Interested in further discussion on high speed modems for TCP/IP To add to Mark's request for information about Telebit's Trailblazer, I'd be VERY interested in hearing from anyone using high-speed (>= 9600 baud) modems for TCP/IP. We are investigating several different brands (including Telebit and Microcom) and have had some trouble getting them to run at their peak capacity. For reference, we are running SLIP so turn around time is quite important. If you are doing similar work, could you please drop a note mentioning the brand of modem, what sort of performance you get, what sort of protocol you are using, and what sorts of calls do you make most frequently?
