Even though there are several T-1 Muxen commerically available with 
AUTOMATIC, i.e., without manual operator intervention, alternate routing,
I am no aware of any DACS systems with this capability.

Is anyone else aware of such an animal?  Seems to be a reasonable feature,
but I don't know where it is actually available.
