Emacs 18.30 is now available for ftp.  It is still not fully working,
and people should get it only if they are willing to deal with
problems.  But it has much fewer problems than 18.26, and may work
unchanged on most machines.

The differences are available, but they are 1 meg long.
I suspect you would rather get the entire new release
than merge so much stuff.
