It's marketed by a company in Rockville, MD (sorry, I don't remember the name.) I saw the product at COMDEX, and it seemed to be pretty good. It comes with a book called "Easy APL" or something like that. The book is targeted toward the novice user, but the rep. said that it make a "more than adequate reference." Also, the package includes stickers w/APL notation for the keycaps and may include a keyboard map (on a reference card, not an overlay anything.) No price was mentioned. Hope this helps.
