Have you tried contacting EdCAAD, the edinburgh Compuer-Aided 
Architectural department at Edinburgh University who are the
originators of C-Prolog? They usually have information on the
various ports for C-Prolog(versions 1.4 and 1.5).
Another source of help is anyone at AIAI(just round the
corner from EdCAAD). The new aplications institute for ai
at Edinburgh University.
I believe it costs very little for the source license and
source includes info on Unix/Vms version.
