[Et tu, line-eater?]

I am looking for a PD/Cheap program that can be used to generate screens.
Specifically, it should be able to run on a PC running either DOS or XENIX
and also on a SUN.  We need to be able to define fields on the screen in
a rather simple fasion ( the package that I am familiar with that is similar
to what I want is FMS from DEC.).

Source would be desirable.
