I have good reasons for not wanting to use the C-shell on Unix; now should I be forced to learn its painful history syntax because it is the only available decent shell on my PC? -- Guido van Rossum, CWI, Amsterdam /* End of text from gorgo.UUCP:comp.sources.d */ Are you familiar with CED, the Command line EDitor? It is a shell of sorts that allows full editing capability of the command line, along with the ability to alias commands not unlike korn shell or c shell. These are its two primary functions, tho it has some others. You can likely get it from the Holland Computer Club (I don't have the address, but it shouldn't be too hard to come up with).
