After copying yet another file to my serial printer, I got the following cryptic notation -after the file was completely finished- on the printer: rom-wack PC: 020DD2 SR: 2500 USP: 0223E8 SSP: 07FFC0 XCPT: 0003 TASK: 000000 DR: 00000000 00010800 00000000 00000057 00000000 0001CFC8 00021754 00021754 AR: 00DFF000 00010FC6 00009440 00010560 00FF5118 00020C76 FFFFFFFF SF: 0002 079A 0001 0E44 0002 1814 0002 0874 0001 CFF8 0002 1814 0001 F71C 00FC Does anyone read this stuff? In addition, when I hang the printer off the parallel port and send gobs of data (which I occasionally do), the Amiga starts to drop bits on the floor. I know it's the Amiga because it works fine with the IBM AT . . . All of this is using either copy or writing directly to ser: or par: from C under 1.1. Any thoughts will be appreciated. -tom
