If you're having problems sending to both ser: and par: I suspect CABLE
troubles, or somehow you're printer is getting BURIED in data.

I would try SMALL files, and if they work FINE, I suspect somehow your
printer is not being able to hold off the Amiga from dumping data
continuously to it.
