I tried a comm program (a version of Kermit with vt100 emulation, written in Turbo Pascal. I think Columbia might have it; it's called QK-Kermit here, anyway.) and it seemed to work OK. That is, it worked the way that I expected to, except that it was so insanely slow that I got mad and killed it. (Slow means: on a 1200 baud line MUCH slower than a real term program running @ 300. Aack!) Brain hurt. Rick
