Co., Inc., Everett, WA Lines: 37 Summary: More Info I have had so many inquires about the $850 Amiga with Monitor, I thought I can shed some more light on the subject. The Amiga 1000 is "Refurbished by Commodore" a sticker on the box and under the lower cover states that very clearly in white on blue. The Amiga 1080 Monitor is New. The warranty is 90 days, which is honored by Micro World and I assume also Commodore. The two refurbs I bought were of receint vintage. The most notable is that the drives are "QUIET". I have run the "HALFBRITE" program and note they do not support both modes. My only suggestion is that the refurbs are about as close as you are going to come to the best Amiga Deal around. Backed by Commodore, for those of modest budgets, I do not think you can go wrong. This is not to say, that Commodore may have a new promo in the works, once these are gone.
