It is supposed to switch the last two characters (the two before the cursor), not the one before the cursor and the one under it. Other than that I think it's real nice (now if only it had mlisp macros :-). Also (if it hasn't already been fixed) when you go to interlace mode, it takes you to the bottom of the file.
