    I had better post "head.h" file, 
   I had better post "head.h" file and by popular demand,  the "makefile".
If a lot of you missed any of the Egad files,    Please mail me and I'll
re-post them.    Following this message is the re-posting of the "makefile"
which is used to make the special manx "DUMP" file that makes compiling
faster.    To make the system,  type: make gt.dmp to make the dumpfile
"gt.dmp".    To make Egad,  type: make all.

   I hope you can get it compiled ok,  and if any problems,  please let
me know.   I compiled this on Manx 3.30d and ver 1.2 Gamma and Ray Larson
sucessfully compiled it on 1.2 release and 3.30e Manx.
