Can someone proffer some help relating to getting the CAP s/w
working.  Basically, tho' I have the user disk dated 5/13/86,
it contains ver 1.18 of the gw s/w - and the gw.patch.[125]'s
don't apply correctly leaving ddpRTMP_REQ and sktNBP undefined.
Tho' I can locate the correct value for the former (a 5), I have
no idea what value the latter should be,  and my guesses
seem to come to naught.  The CAP-provided gw.srec also doesn't
appear to work for me; I've fooled around with the config file and
don't seem to be making any headway.  So could someone to whom
this stuff is obvious tell me what I need to be doing.
What I am interested in is the print service part of CAP - pushing
UDP pkts from the vax onto A.T. as DDP pkts.
