I have a big problem. HELP!!!

I spent alot of time and money downloading a some files from GEnie.
When I went to get the files off the disk that I saved them on, I
was told "Volume Not Found". I was also told to use Identify and
Catalog a Disk to find out the volume name. I tried it and got
the exact same message. (even the part about using Identify and
Catalog a Disk and that's what I was using!)

The disk is probably full. I'm using ProDOS on a //c.

PLEASE HELP!!!
