DCOM 3.3 is waiting for me to finish finals.  I expected a hole in my
schedule two weeks ago that would have allowed me to post, but that
expected hole passed through Murphy's Law and vanished.  I am expecting
a three week hole to appear the 14th and only then can I get going and
upload the thing.
