Probably the best way to go about it is to join the Apple Programmer's and Developer's Association. Not only can you subscribe through them, you can also get the back issues of the notes. They are the source of all the new GS stuff. Apple's Technical Finally, the Apple II gs Programmer's Workshop (APW) should also be ready by now.
