I like the game Daleks. But after playing it I can not use the OSS
editor.  It seems to change my keyboard to an IBM keyboard.

when I press shift right arrow I get a 6.  

I could not breakout to work.  Booting with breakout.acc causes infinite
rebooting. 


Question: are the programs that come with magazines such as STart and 
	  Analog public domain or not.
