I apologize for posting the breakout desk accessory, which according
to Neil Harris is not public domain.

I got the program from GEnie (which Neil uses) with the understanding
that it was public domain.

Neil is right about the program being unfinished.  Does Atari plan
to market the program (is there a market for an itty bitty game)?

If the program is not public domain, what exactly is its legal status?
