It's a Commodore 1650 clone. There are many terminal packages out there for Commodore compatible modems, suggest you try Compuserve or Q-Link. This modem is a totally dumb modem. You have to control the switch hook and dial pulsing by poking the user port. There is probably a pinout the interface in the back of the manual, but I don't think you should have to re-invent the wheel. Jeff Porter Commodore Engineering
