They have been very reasonable to deal with. A hard disk ( one of three purhased from them ) did develop problems 6 months down the line, and they replaced it no questions asked. Also, once I ordered a AST board from them, and they shipped a power supply instead by mistake. I received the AST board the next day and they credited my account with no problem. Overall, I'd say that they were a good firm to deal with. Their policies on credit cards and free shipping were the factor that made me buy from them. ---- Dan Crimmins BITNET: crimmins@uiucuxc.bitnet ARPA: crimmins@uiucuxc.cso.uiuc.edu CSNET: crimmins@uiucuxc.csnet UUCP: {ihnp4,pur-ee,convex}!uiucdcs!uiucuxc!crimmins ICBM: 40 07 N / 88 13 W
