On the contrary, I think Mr. Sanford's note is more or less equivalent to: I want a car radio. Anyone have one they are not using any more and are willing to give me, owner's manual and all? A "copy" of a piece of software does not automatically imply an illegitamate "copy" of said piece of software. If I had upgraded from 2.0 to 2.1, I might want to get rid of my 2.0, manual and all. This is well within the confines of the licence agreement.
