I grant you that it's not more than a few day's work to put
one together, but then there's all the checking as well...

Sooo... I would be very grateful if some kind soul could let
me have a copy of their driver!  Thank you.

If the only response is "me too", I guess that I'll have to write
it myself, but the "me too"s are welcome to whatever I receive
or write.
