Can someone help me out with "do-it-yourself" 128 -> 512 upgrade instructions? Besides swapping out the RAMs, what else do I need to do? What's the best (read "most reliable for least money") upgrade path to eventually reach 1 Meg with an up-to-date system? Has Apple reduced their price for the upgrade to a Mac+? I'll probably take it in steps, starting with a home-brew 512K upgrade, then buy the new ROM/800K drive before seeking out a 3rd party SCSI and further memory. Any opinions/experiences on the pros and cons of any firm's upgrade products/services would be greatly appreciated. (I'll wait on asking for hard disk recommendations until I have more money. :-) ) If anyone wants a summary of responses, let me know. thx, Mickey Reynolds akgua!akguc!mrr USMail: 3958 Landress Way Lawrenceville, GA 30245
