Since I've gotten about 25 message voting for a post, I'll do it.
(I can hear Roger groaning now.)

Also, I have not replied to every message individually, so I'll take
this opportunity to thank everyone for their words of encouragement.

It will take me a little while to get this stuff all together,
particularly as I have not quite completed converting the docs
from text (written on the Vax) to MacWrite.
