After five months of flawless service, 
my DataFrame disk has started to emit a painful high-pitched chirp/squeak.
I remember it being reported earlier that the cause of this problem was
an anti-static brush which was, in fact, unnecessary, and directions
were posted on how to open the case and retract the brush; but I
can't track those directions down.  Could someone send them to me, or
provide any other information on this problem?
