I am considering signing up for GEnie or Compuserve.  I recently saw a GEnie
add claiming that their charge for 1200 baud was only $5/hr where Compuserve's
is $12.50/hr.  Is this a fair representation?  The primary use I would make
would be to keep current with PD type software releases, so I am also
interested in information about which service is best for that application.
