I've always suspected that it is, but I've never tried moving files between the systems. A friend is planning on buying a PC clone in the near future, and she wants to be able to move WordStar files back and forth between her Kaypro and the PC clone (using one of the "read foreign format diskette" programs; I don't know which she has). I told her that as long she moved the files in binary mode (preserving all the 8th bits, etc.), that it should work, but I don't know for sure.
