I know that Echelon will be selling Turbo Modula-2 from Borland for
Z80 CP/M (or Z System) machines in the very near future.  See recent
Echelon newsletters and (I think) the next issue of Byte.  The price is
well under $100 (like, around $70) with a 500+ page book (paperback)
published by Echelon.
