There are several Modula-2's for IBM PCs or equiv:  Interface Technologies
(3336 Richmond, Suite 200, Houston, TX) has Modula-2 SDS last time I
noticed it was about $75 for the basic system; Logitech has
Modula-2/86, which is only about $90 for the basic system (805
Veterns Blvd, Redwood City, CA 94063); and Modula Research; PCollier
Systems, (Suite 390, 7925-A North Oracle Rd, Tuscon, Ariz 85704)
offers Modula-2PC for 59.95; and Modula Corp (950 North University
Av, Provo, UT 84604) has a Modula-2 for about $50.

Most of these offer extended libraries and/or extra utility programs
like editors, debuggers, ... for additional fees.
