We have a bunch of files for input to nroff/troff and would like to 
convert them to files that can be processed by tex. Please MAIL me any
information you might have on automating this process. We have Ultrix,
Berkeley Unix, and HP_UX (a variant of System V) available here.

We would like either an input to input conversion filter, something that 
massages the [nt]roff output into tex source, or something that produces 
a .dvi file from the [nt]roff output.
