They will continue to support 12/300s out in the field, but Imagen themselves are somewhat disappointed in the support they've been getting from Ricoh on the particular model of Ricoh engine used in the 12/300. In our case, Imagen has given us a fairly reasonable trade-in on our 12/300 towards the price of a model 3320---which probably better suits our needs regardless of the problems we've been having with OPC belts on our 12/300. -- Bob Cunningham bob@hig.hawaii.edu
