Help!  I'm trying to get uucp up and am to the point that I want to just try
talking to my modem hanging of a tty port.  I am trying both cu and tip
and all that I can get out of them is "all ports busy".  There are no LCK
files in /usr/spool/uucp, and the ports that I have tried seem to work
(I ran a getty on one and managed to log on using a terminal).  The system
is ULTRIX-32 on a microvaxen.  Please mail replys to gary@eddie.mit.edu or
