And the people that I've met from Gould have been very laid back. It wouldn't be a bad place to work. None-the-less, this still has to be one of the bigger screwups I've ever seen and I agree with Rick Adams: if Gould is serious about having their system worked over, they should offer the big $$$$, not toys.
