I started publishing News 2.11 today; because of
the importance of this software, and the delay in
making it publicly available, I have pre-empted
other entries in the mod.sources backlog.

I will be posting 3 or 4 articles per day, and
none on the weekend (to help avoid overflowing
spool areas); the full distribution will take
a week or so.
